I had to use "copy (space) .." and it copied all 11 files into the RegBack folder. I'll Exit & Reboot and see what the damage is. Before this error, I got a DPC Watchdog violation. I've just upgraded to Windows 10 2004 from 1909 on a 2008 Dell Vostro 400, and was getting a black screen when I logged in but for the cursor, or I would get icons on the desktop for a minute then it would crash and give me a black screen. Maybe the SATA AHCI Controller / iastor.sys needs a different driver/update. I restored to a System Restore once but it was corrupted the 2nd time. So I'm here with the endless loop.

Tutorial is obsolete since Microsoft removed registry backups since Windows 10 V1803. There are no files anymore in "RegBack".
