    How to fix your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart;
    A) Create a Windows Installation Media & boot your computer from it.
    B) That will open Windows Setup from which you can click Next bottom.
    C) Then choose Repair computer option.

    Solve (A) Run System File Checker
    In Windows Boot Options menu, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Command Prompt. In command line, type:sfc/scan now and press Enter button. Restart your PC when the procedure is done.

    Solve (B) Perform an Automatic Repair
    In Windows Boot Options menu, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair. Next, choose the target OS to fix. Windows will start the repair and then that restart.
